In 2024, she started Spruce Mountain Solutions, Inc. to take all of her recruiting knowledge to serve future clients.
When Andi is not finding exceptional talent, she is doing Nature and Wildlife Photography. She is from Colorado, has a high schooler named Sofia and 2 dogs, Fletch and Steve. She is passionate about preserving and conserving open spaces for wildlife and future generations. She also runs a small photography business called Colorado Nature Photography.
